Learn how to turn drab into fab, ON A BUDGET! Students will explore creative ways to repurpose or fix up tired thrift store finds, making a $2 item look like a million bucks. We will also work on budget friendly DIY projects, such as building furniture or decor out of pallet wood, or boho wall hangings out of yarn. This class is designed to show students what they can create with a little creativity, resourcefulness, and elbow grease. Materials and tools will be provided, although students are welcome to bring in their own items to fix up. Students will be given as much choice as possible on projects, and of course they keep their creations! **Depending on class size, may include a field trip to a thrift store so students can have the chance to pick out their own items to fix up** Supplies included.
